The P-300's direct-to-print advantage gives you more control than you get with film. That's because you can produce photo-quality prints directly from any Olympus digital camera. So you don't even need a computer. You choose the shots you want and the ones you don't and avoid the waste of printing an entire roll. You can pick the paper, too, with a choice of 4" x 5.5" plain or adhesive-backed photo paper, 16-up minature photo stickers or mirror prints for heat transfers. And you decide the quanity of prints you want, with the ability to automatically print up to 30 different shots or 30 copies of the same shot. You can even create a convenient index print while the P-300 is tethered to your camera and use it as a handy reference for deciding which shots to download, print or store.

You can also connect the P-300 directly to your computer by simply plugging the parallel cable into the printer port on any Windows-based laptop or PC - or the serial cabble into the serial printer port on a Mac. Once you're connected, you can print downloads off the Internet or images from other sources such as the Olympus ES-10 35mm Film Scanner.
